Christ the Rock is governed by a plurality of biblically qualified elders (1 Tim. 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9) who provide spiritual oversight and guard the doctrine, mission and values of the church. Pastor, Elder, and Overseer are all synonymous terms in the Bible. Pastors are those men who are called and biblically tested to lead Christ the Rock.
